》Enter Application number and Get Status of form.
》એપ્લિકેશન નંબર દાખલ કરો અને ફોર્મની સ્થિતિ મેળવો.
》Form Status will be available after 10 Days of Last Date of Hardcopy Submission.
》Rejected Forms can be submitted to GTU from date 11/9/15 to 17/9/15.
》 No Forms Will be accepted after the said date.
》Displayed Status is only for the form received at GTU.
》પ્રદર્શિત સ્થિતિ GTU ખાતે મળેલ ફોર્મ ની છે.
》Reasons For Rejection.: HOD Stamp at one Place only.
》Forms Having Xerox of HOD Stamp.
》Absence of Challan Paid Receipt. Demand Drafts are not accepted. 》Received after the last date of Hardcopy Submission.
》If you want to see the "Rejected" form then come to GTU personally,  No call(s) will be addressed for
